Montreal's Vox Populi have been one of our favourite Quebec breweries for some time now, so we were super excited to finally hang out with Co-Founders Etienne and Yann. We got to chat about their recent merger with Glutenberg, taste some of their phenomenal beers, and discuss one of the most important questions in craft beer - are they #TeamLactose or #TeamNoLactose?
