Our second podcast on our trip with the good folks at the
Cantons de l'Est Tourism Office was with David Plasse at La
Memphré. Cee and David had been talking for months online so it was
like a reunion when they finally met in person. The welcoming pub
was the perfect place to sit and have a lengthy chat, and while Cee
boldly got through twelve tasters (their entire menu), they fellas
discussed all things Magog, Sherbrooke, and of course,
lactose.
