We've never really been huge into cider, but ever since we did a podcast with a winery we've been much more open to chatting to some cider makers. On a quick trip to Vermont, we connected with Co-Owner Mark and Head of Production Austin at Stowe Cider to learn a ton about the cider making process, how the cider scene works in conjunction with beer and of course, we drank a ton of their fave VT brews. Cheers!
