Although they've been on the scene for around 3 years, Boswell's East Plateau brewpub as only been open 9 months and for such a new spot, it already has quite the reputation. We hung out with Head Brewer and Co-Owner Phil - and his wondrous beard - to sus out the true meaning of Boswell, and of course, drink some of their finest beers.
