Week 5 already? This Series is flying by, and this week we return to Ontario with Bloomfield's Matron Fine Beer! Co-Founder Justin da Silva connected with Cee and Tiff to crack his 7.5% West Coast Double IPA with local Cascade, Mosaic and Galaxy hops. They chatted about how to grow interest in craft beer in regions that don't inherently have a lot of diversity, why he feels like diverse representation is key in both the community and in the industry, and the sheer volume of opportunity in the craft beer world. We're back with a brand new season of BAOS Podcast, and this one is something very special and very close to us.
