Our final interview of 2022 goes down with a brewery making waves in Kitchener, ON. Counterpoint opened its cozy taproom a few years back to a resoundingly positive response from its community, and has gone from strength to strength ever since. Founder Graeme Kobayashi joined Cee and Nate to chat about lesser-known beer styles, the challenges of opening a brewery, the importance of focusing on community, collaborations, their choice of packaging, their barrel program and food + beer pairing.
