We're back - Happy New Year! While it was genuinely great to take a bit of a breather after the hectic end of 2020 podcast run, it's amazing to jump online and chat to some of our favourite breweries once again. We figured we'd kick 2021 off proper by bringing back an old fave from 2018, Matt Reiner of Toronto's Rorschach Brewery!
Matt and the team have been brewing exceptional beers since they launched, but it feels like they've been getting better and better with every release. We brought in our very own Notion (who takes care of our audio mixing and a lot of our photography) to co-host as we spoke with Matt about the challenges that the pandemic brought to the business, the wide variety of styles he's making (obvi including smoothie sours), and more while crushing a crisypboi, some fire haze, a hard seltzer, a frozen smoothie and a barrel-aged imperial stout.
