This week, we're heading back to sunny Florida. Odd Breed Wild Ales make some of the most sought-after beers in the region, and we're honoured to chat with Founder and Head Brewer Matt Manthe and Co-Owner Kevin Abbott (who you might remember from Barrel of Monks). We got into their very unique process (which is focused on barrel-aging and blending) and equipment, Matt's deep brewing history, non-carbonated wild beers, collabs, yeast, Hip Hop, Oznr, and a lot more. We cracked open their yet-to-be-released Oddities & Outliers (Blend 2) (which drops November 27th, 2021) and Mezcal Bugs from their Rare Barrel Club Third Edition.
