The newest brewery in Quebec is truly doing something unique. Founded by Alex Ganivet-Boileau, Jasen Gaouette and Olivier Chabonneau, Lagerbräu is a craft brewery focusing exclusively on lagers. Currently contracting out of Avant-Garde, their first two beers have caused a crispy wave across the province, so Cee and regular co-host Noah Forrest of Beerism hung out with Alex and Jasen (who you might remember from Episode 32 of the Adjunct Series) to get the full scoop on the brews, their future plans and keller dreams, their passion for all things lager, and a whole lot more.
