Continuing the run of Ontario Haze Lord pods with
our fave co-host Nathan of NathanDoesBeer, this week we're hanging
with Jeremy, Co-Founder of Cambridge, ON's Barncat Artisan Ales.
Barncat was arguably the first brewery in Ontario (if not Canada)
to brew a New England IPA, so Jeremy knows a thing or two about the
murk. We chatted about the history of the NEIPA and its journey to
beer omnipotence in Canada (and globally), their transition from
growlers to cans, proper packaging for triple IPAs, and the role
that their community played in their success. We crushed their ESB,
Glow Cloud IPA, Cats In Space DIPA and Vanilla Latte milk stout.
