Keswick, Ontario is a small town about 45 minutes north of
Toronto in Cook's Bay on Lake Simcoe, and only a year ago they
finally got their very own craft brewery. Kyle Stewart, Co-Founder
and Brewer at Turkey Shoot Brewing Co. has one of the shortest
times from homebrewer to pro brewer that we've ever encountered, so
we got the full story of how they came to be along with chatting
about the great response from the community, their epic
collaborations, the popularity of seltzers and non-alcoholic
beverages, and their aspirations for growth. We crushed their
flagship Lake Simcoe Lagered Ale, Dinner Jacket Dry-Hopped IPA,
Wish Bone Pre-Prohibition Pilsner collab with Muddy York and Ice
