Back with the Adjunct Series after dipping into Link Up for 6 episodes (definitely check those out, some great conversations were had), and Cee is hanging with Joanne Richter, Co-Founder of the only craft brewery in Uxbridge, Ontario, The Second Wedge. Joanne touched on how she and her husband Rob got the brewery together over 3 years, the scene in the Durham region, how important their community is to their brewery, and their plans post-pandemic. They got into their Electric Light German Pilsner, Reticent Fox Orange Peel Pale Ale, 3 Rocks IPA and Rain Maker Porter. A super fun episode, cheers!
